Eagle Club Systems Software Terms

These Terms govern use of the Eagle Club Systems platform.

By using ECS software, you agree to these terms.

License Grant

Eagle Club Systems grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ECS software platform for managing golf course operations.

This license does not grant ownership of the software.

Permitted Use

Customers may use the system to:

Manage tee sheets

Process point-of-sale transactions

Track memberships

Operate golf course business functions

Integrate accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

Reverse engineer the software

Attempt to access ECS source code

Use the system for illegal purposes

Attempt to bypass system security

Integrations

ECS may integrate with third-party services including payment processors and accounting systems.

ECS is not responsible for service interruptions or data issues caused by third-party providers.

Service Availability

ECS aims to provide reliable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, network issues, or external service outages may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Club Systems shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Loss of profits

Data loss

Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for ECS services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

ECS may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these terms

Attempt unauthorized system access

Engage in fraudulent activity

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
